SeaLions Attend Liver Life Walk

The SeaLions attended the American Liver Foundation's Annual Liver Life Walk on Saturday, May 12 at the San Diego Zoo. The Liver Life Walk® is the national fundraising walk of the American Liver Foundation®. More more than 15,000 people from coast-to-coast participated in the event that aims to change the face of liver health! Participation brings much needed awareness and financial support to the needs of millions of Americans who are battling more than 100 different types of liver disease. Money raised by Liver Life Walk participants provides critical funding for medical research, public education, patient support services, and advocacy.

The SeaLions greeted hundreds of walkers as they crossed the finish line on the War Memorial Building's lawn. The SeaLions are proud sponosrs of the walk and have been attending the event for several years.
